Safety Policy

Poomjai Garden – TMVS Special Event Venue

At Poomjai Garden, the safety and well-being of our guests, event organizers, and staff is our top priority. We are committed to maintaining a secure, clean, and well-managed environment for all activities held at our venue.

Our Safety Commitments:

  • First Aid Availability
    A first aid kit is available on-site. Key staff members have been trained in basic first aid and emergency response.

  • Emergency Preparedness
    We maintain clear emergency evacuation plans and conduct routine inspections of safety equipment and infrastructure.

  • Trained Personnel
    Our team is trained to handle emergency situations and follows standard safety procedures at all times.

  • Clean and Maintained Facilities
    All event areas, including restrooms, kitchens, and walkways, are regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure a safe experience.

  • Accessibility Considerations
    We are working to improve accessibility for elderly guests and individuals with disabilities across key areas of the venue.

  • Event Risk Management
    Weather and other external risk factors are monitored. We collaborate with event organizers to establish contingency plans where necessary.

We ask that all event organizers, guests, and vendors respect and cooperate with our safety protocols. Immediate notification of any incidents or hazards is encouraged.

Venue Sound Policy

To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and to comply with local regulations regarding noise control, Poomjai Garden kindly requests that all event organizers adhere to the following sound usage policy:

Sound Usage Guidelines:

  1. Outdoor amplified sound is not permitted after 9:00 PM.
    All outdoor activities involving music, announcements, or performances must reduce volume levels and conclude by this time.

  2. Volume must be kept at a reasonable level at all times.
    Sound systems should not exceed 70 decibels at the perimeter of the venue. Organizers are responsible for monitoring sound levels throughout the event.

  3. Approval is required for large sound equipment.
    If your event includes a live band, DJ, or professional PA system, please inform our team in advance so we can advise on placement, direction, and appropriate volume.

  4. Certain sound effects are strictly prohibited.
    The use of sirens, fireworks, or other loud and disruptive sound effects is not allowed on the premises.

  5. Poomjai Garden reserves the right to request immediate volume reduction
    or sound system shutdown if the noise level is deemed disruptive or in violation of this policy.

Compliance:

These guidelines are in place to ensure that all events held at our venue remain enjoyable for participants while respectful to the surrounding community. They are aligned with local sound control regulations set by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.
